THE FOUNDATIONAL PRACTICES INCLUDES

Creating the Field of Sovereignty: A Starting Point

This is the practice to start to create the field of Sovereignty and a circle of empowerment and support around yourself.

It will help you to familiarise yourself with the energy of your own Sovereign Divinity, to reconnect with the higher discernment and resource it for actions, decisions, and choices aligned with your True North.

All-in-one daily practice

This is a daily energy practice that Anna uses herself and teaches in the journeys. It was based on Prune Harris' daily energy routine, which evolved and refined for the last couple of years.

It will help you to clear, ground, activate your central channel, connect above and below, activate your aura, and create a field of energetic Sovereignty with the support of your Divine Team to continue with your day.

Grounding Practice with Isis (foundational level)

This is the Grounding practice with Isis to help you experience and anchor your unique qualities of God, one at a time. It will help you to inhabit and embody more of yourself.

This practice was recorded originally for The Divine Awakening journey.

Reconciling the parts of yourself

This is the practice of reconciling your humanity and your divinity and welcoming different parts of yourself home. Listen to the guidance of your heart and your body and welcome the parts of yourself that are ready to come home. You can also learn Anna's and JJ's stories of how they work with their parts.

Evening practice for deep healing

This is the evening practice for deep healing, restoration, renewal, nourishing, and nurturing different parts of yourself within the womb of the Divine Mother and heart-womb of Sophia Seraphim Dragon while you sleep.

This practice is extremely healing. We encourage you to do it daily and bring yourself or one part of yourself into this heart-womb space to heal while you sleep.

Mentoring with Mother Mary

This is an introductory practice to start to create a direct relationship with Mother Mary.

Mother Mary is a beautiful ally to have your back while you are navigating through the reconciliation of different parts of your humanity and divinity. She is also inviting you to walk your Destiny Path while creating a space for those inner child parts of you to grow up and mature.

Mentoring with Quan Yin

This is an introductory practice to start creating a direct relationship with Quan Yin.

Quan Yin is your guide when you need more grace and self-compassion. She can soothe your tensions and heal your inner child or soul trauma with her healing rays and Holy Waters.

Blessing your water

You can work with the waters of your body to heal, nourish, and nurture the places and spaces within you that are difficult to reach otherwise by simply blessing your water.

This is the Practice that was given to Anna by Quan Yin to soothe the tensions in her body after experiencing physical trauma to the sciatica nerve.

If you had any traumatic experience in your life or just experience unresolved tensions in your body, working with the waters of your body may be the most graceful way to start healing, nourishing, and nurturing those places and spaces within you.
